TCSD is proud to offer special recycling options for our residents. The following items can be dropped off at our district office at 305 Bell Lane, during the hours of 10am-4pm, Monday-Friday.
- E-Waste: Any household item with a cord (excludes large appliances).
- Cell Phones/ Chargers: batteries must be removed and disposed of in the battery recycle.
- Batteries: Any batteries, rechargable or single use (excludes car or automotive batteries).
- Printer Ink Cartridges
- Fluroscent Lights
- Expired Medications
- Cooking Oil
TCSD does not accecpt hazardous waste. All hazardous materials (paints, pesticides, chemical cleaners, etc.); large appliances (water heaters, refrigerators, washers/dryers), and construction materials must be taken to the Marin County Household Hazardous Waste Drop-Off Facility, (415) 485-6806. Drop off is between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday, at 565 Jacoby Street, San Rafael.
